CCPIT Zhejiang Strengthens Cooperation with Dubai Chambers

On May 11th, CCPIT Zhejiang and Dubai Chambers held a meeting via video conference. Chen Jianzhong, Chairman of CCPIT Zhejiang and CCOIC Zhejiang, Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, attended and addressed the meeting.

Chen Jianzhong expressed his gratitude to Dubai Chambers for its long-term support for the cooperation between the two sides. He noted that the United Arab Emirates is a vital economic and trade partner of Zhejiang province in the Middle East, and there is huge potential for cooperation between the two sides.


 CCPIT Zhejiang is willing to establish a regular cooperation mechanism with Dubai Chambers and strengthen cooperation in areas such as economic and trade exchanges, commercial and legal services so as to write a new charter for bilateral relations.

Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah noted that Dubai and Zhejiang province share similarities in many aspects, both sides enjoy a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises, and both sides value the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. It is hoped to work with CCPIT Zhejiang to enhance cooperation in areas such as digital economy, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing.


Moreover, the two sides had in-depth discussions on topics such as the signing of MOU between organizations, the organization of mutual visits of delegations and major business events.
