On August 25, the China (Zhejiang)-Austria Entrepreneurs Exchange was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. Mr. Chen Jianzhong, Chairman of CCPIT Zhejiang and CCOIC Zhejiang, Mr. André Stolzlechner,Vice President of the Federal Chamber of Commerce Vienna attended and addressed the meeting. Mr. Chen Jianzhong noted that Austria is an important economic and trade partner of Zhejiang. In recent years, the two sides have strengthened cooperation in sectors such as trade, investment and people to people exchanges. Zhejiang boasts a complete industrial system, a vibrant private economy and huge market demand, enjoying strong industrial complementarity with Austria. It is hoped that both sides could take the exchange as an opportunity to enhance pragmatic cooperation in more areas. Mr. André Stolzlechner said that he was delighted to visit Zhejiang and witness China’s economic development, and is looking forward to see more cooperation on AI application between the two sides. During the event, More than 40 enterprises from Zhejiang and Austria held in-depth discussions covering intelligent robots, new energy, high-end manufacturing, cultural tourism, food, international legal services and other sectors. Moreoever, the delegation paid field visits to a group of well-known high-tech enterprises in Hangzhou, including BrainCo, Unitree and Uniview. |
